​All new clients are required to book 

online for their first appointment. All forms are relevant and should be completed in full. Everything we do at LGEC we do with YOUR safety & skin health in mind.

We follow strict cleanliness standards and do NOT double book appointments. At LGEC the appointment you reserve is YOUR appointment, we hold our policies in full everytime to make sure there is mutual respect between both Client and Esthetician.

24 hours before- no charge, within 24 hours 50% charge, 8 hours or less OR no show will result in full price minus $5 for booking fee. (ex. Brow wax $25, no show or late cancel $20 fee charged)
Arrival 5 or more minutes late to any appointment we may not be able to serve you, you will be considered a no show if you’re too late to be serviced.
Waxing is safe when on your period when using a fresh tampon and extra hygiene precautions, we allow one ‘free’ cancellation within 24hrs... if it is within 8 hours you will be charged 50%.
If a client chooses to remove a service from their scheduled appointment without previous notification or If a client is unable to receive a treatment due to a known contraindication Payment is still required.
Large appointments will require a deposit at booking via venmo or PayPal of 50% of service cost.
